  • Affiliate database setup with MSO office hierarchy (Divisions, Regions, Clusters)
  • Importation of external data sources such as DataBridge, Warren and Nielsen Focus
  • Importation of headend and IRD information
  • Importation of contacts (assembled from external contact database or separate Outlook accounts), and the assignment of these contacts to the correct entities
