Reporting
  • The *new* Days Sales Outstanding report shows the average number of days it takes each MSO to pay based on a 12 month or 5 quarter average.
  • Added MSO name to the search criteria on the System Level Adjustment report. This will allow users to run the report for a given MSO/contract across all services.
  • We have added the ability to run the Aging Comprehensive report for all services for a Contract party.
Cash Application – New Auto Adjust Functionality
  • The new auto-adjust will adjust only those systems that have had changes without the need to reverse or delete existing adjustments.
  • Users can now select individual systems to adjust off within each category
  • The new auto-adjust will retain a link between each adjustment made and the potential adjustment category in which it fell.
    • The primary benefit of this will be the ability to report on all adjustments made for a particular auto-adjustment category after the fact!
Signal Maintenance
  • Users will now have the ability to add additional receivers in the Signal Maintenance Window.

Argo X-Change Conference March 9-10 2009 Atlanta, GA

Thanks to all of you that attended and helped to contribute to another successful Argo conference. Hope to see you at Argo X-Change 2010!

Sampling of comments received from this year’s attendees

“This was a great example of what makes this conference great. Networks and Operators discussing issues together and trying to find solutions to make everyone’s job better.” (Distribution Full Circle Session)

“Great insight into the cable industry, the upcoming technology, and how we are all coping in this economy.”

“Great examples & presentation; very informative Q&A session; we were feeding/learning from other attendees as well. “(Medea Unleashed Session)

“This year the panels of speakers were all in tune with today’s economic concerns on driving distribution and addressing all of us from the core and soul, and not from fluff and bull! I further believe you’ve selected “key” groups to speak this year at the conference; as all brought life, humor, and much added value!”

“Great conference! It provided an excellent opportunity to meet fellow Operators seeking to find cost effective solutions to common operational concerns. Speaker topics were relevant and targeted, and the Operator round-tables were extremely interactive, offering an opportunity to share experiences and participate in identifying future database needs.”

“Each year I take away a lot of new knowledge from industry expert presentations and learn a lot from peers in other organizations.”
