Argo X-CHANGE Conference a Success

Argo’s X-CHANGE conference, held June 7-8, was a tremendous success drawing our largest attendance to date! The conference is a one-of-a-kind forum featuring industry expert panels and collaborative roundtable discussions providing insights and strategies around business trends in the industry, process improvement and information management best practices. The two day event provided valuable product education and business building ideas along with the opportunity for attendees to network with their peers.

CEO Doug Calahan, noted, “Because our sole focus is the cable television industry, our clients benefit from the opportunity to engage each other in meaningful discussions on the direction of the industry and how Argo can help them achieve their business goals.”

Keynote speaker Patricia Gottesman provided insight on TV Everywhere and panelists and roundtables discussed a range of topics including budgeting and forecasting in today’s economy, best practices in signal management and managing global growth. Attendees enjoyed the collaborative approach to discussing product functionality and the interactions with industry peers on ways to address business problems.

The conference was divided into two session tracks to highlight new functionality and insight into future product direction for both Cable Networks and Multiplatform Providers. This year, the conference also showcased a competitive intelligence session hosted by Paul Maxwell and his MediaBiz team.

Cathy Dunn, the VP of Business Development at Argo, maintains, “XCHANGE is a great opportunity for our clients and prospects to come together with industry leaders and peers to network and share best practices and learn about how our products give them a competitive edge.”
