Bradley joined Argo Systems as Manager of Professional Services in 2007, after 10 years in the IT industry including 7 years in the cable industry. Most recently, Bradley worked as a Project Manager at Cox Communications within the IT Strategy and Governance Department implementing best practices and quality management methodologies. Also in his tenure at Cox, Bradley managed all systems interfacing with the subscriber management system and was responsible for implementing new processes surrounding the billing system. Prior to working at Cox, Bradley worked for Convergys Corporation, a provider of consulting services and billing software to the cable industry, with clients such as AT&T, AOL Time Warner, and Charter Communications. Bradley graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and completed his Masters of Business Administration at Georgia State University, specializing in Business Analysis.
