Chief Operating Officer
Eric came to Argo Systems as Vice President of Operations in 2001 after 10 years in the software consulting business. He brings significant experience in the realm of process improvement and software management. Eric is certified in the Personal Software Process (PSP) through the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) of Carnegie Mellon University and has been instrumental in implementing Argo's operational procedures and release schedules. In addition, Eric developed Argo's Professional Services division, building upon his 10 years of consulting experience with Accenture (then Andersen Consulting) and McCall Technology, a technology consulting firm in Atlanta. During those 10 years, Eric consulted and managed projects at over a dozen companies worldwide including Delta, BellSouth, S1 Corporation, Lanier Worldwide and GTE. As a graduate of Duke University, Eric holds a BA in Mathematics.
