Director, Support and Training
Lisa has been with Argo Systems since 2006 and is currently the Director of Support and Training. Holding a Masters in Education has enabled her to organize a detailed curriculum for our products, to develop a comprehensive and responsive client support system, and to deliver numerous user trainings for our applications. Providing refresher courses, and educational sessions on new functionality has also been part of Lisa’s training role for our current clients. Lisa has over 12 years of teaching experience, 7 of them in an adult education and software. In addition to client training, Lisa has been focused on managing our support department and all items coming in to the daily support queue. Lisa also played an integral role as the project manager for our first international client, and works on new client implementations with our Professional Services Department.
